Job Profile
· Account Manager with bilingual skills (Arabic & English) and sales experience in Saudi Arabia
· Manage a set of enterprise accounts to ensure long-term business relationship
· Generate new sales opportunities by making use of the existing product portfolio and services
· Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to fulfill them
· Engage with customers proactively to position company’s product portfolio and services
· Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
· Negotiate sales of products and services with the client.
· Report on the status of transactions and accounts regularly
· Constantly improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.
· Engaging and advising prospects and clients at all levels of an organization, including the various lines of business, executives, finance, information technology, and sourcing.
· Focus on advancing opportunities through the sales cycle continuously
· Negotiating contracts and agreements as required
· Collaborating with solution architects, product managers, operations managers, customer success managers, professional service centers of excellence, and others to aggressively pursue a specific customer list to advance prospects for the team
· Managing the funnel to achieve growth and revenue obligations, identifying and pursuing opportunities, and qualifying those that are found.
· Preparing business cases, proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation as required
· Ensuring the growth and retention of current customers and contracts
· Should have experience in successfully building presentations, strategizing with senior executives and business owners to close sales independently.
· This person will be responsible for bringing in their own leads and acting on existing company leads
