Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project launches, construction milestones, and revenue targets

  • Lead, mentor, and manage in-house sales teams and external brokers/agents

  • Set and achieve sales targets, pricing strategies, and absorption rates for projects

  • Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth sales execution

  • Oversee project positioning, unit mix strategy, and go-to-market plans

  • Manage relationships with broker networks, channel partners, and international agents

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to adjust sales tactics

  • Drive presales, launch events and exhibitions

  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, contracts, and escrow processes

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management
