The Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales and distribution in assigned supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini markets (M1 segment). The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong relationships with store management. The executive will also be responsible for adding new outlets and reactivating inactive stores to expand market coverage. Additionally, the role involves executing in-store promotions, monitoring stock levels, and providing market feedback to support business growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve assigned sales targets (value and volume) by managing sales in supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini markets (M1 segment).
Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and visibility in all assigned outlets as per company merchandising standards.
Identify and onboard new outlets in the assigned territory across the UAE to expand product distribution and market coverage.
Reactivate inactive stores by building relationships with store owners/managers and securing new orders.
Maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers to increase sales and improve shelf space.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure FIFO compliance while coordinating with the distribution team for timely replenishment.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and provide regular market feedback and sales reports to the supervisor.
