As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales operations and performance across the retail network. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, optimize business processes, and ensure the achievement of financial targets, including net sales, gross margin, and net profit. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve sales network efficiency.

- Assist in the development and execution of sales business plans, sales forecasting, and target setting
- Support retail channels in achieving sales targets and optimizing revenue streams
- Collaborate with operations and supply teams to ensure optimal stock availability and sales mix
- Implement best practices to enhance omnichannel customer engagement and service quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide market insights for pricing and product strategies
- Support sales force training and Emiratization initiatives to build a high-performing team
