We are seeking highly driven and independent Sales Representatives to join our expanding global team. This is a commission-only contract role, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are motivated by results.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your network and beyond
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends
  • Present and promote TerraPrime’s value proposition to potential clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners

You will focus on three key areas of TerraPrime’s growth:


1. Onboarding premium real estate sellers and high-net-worth investors

2. Engaging municipalities seeking investor partnerships for real estate development

3. Partnering with banks that wish to support investor transactions with financing
