This is a commission-only contract role, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are motivated by results.Your Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your network and beyondConduct market research to understand client needs and trendsPresent and promote TerraPrime’s value proposition to potential clientsManage the sales cycle from initial outreach to onboardingBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and partnersYou will focus on three key areas of TerraPrime’s growth:1. Onboarding premium real estate sellers and high-net-worth investors2. Engaging municipalities seeking investor partnerships for real estate development3. Partnering with banks that wish to support investor transactions with financing
