We are an international event agency specialising in high-level corporate and industry events, supporting clients with concept development, production, and execution in a joined venture with a well-established Saudi partner expanding into the Saudi Arabian market, with a focus on delivering high-quality, events across the MICE industry, driven by innovation & technology.
As we establish our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a driven and well-connected professional to help build our network, develop business opportunities, and shape our local operations from the ground up.
To support this expansion, we are looking for a well-connected, entrepreneurial professional who can act as a hybrid between Sales, Industry Relations, and Event Management[MH1] .
This is not a traditional role — it is an opportunity to open doors, build relationships, and execute events in one of the most dynamic markets globally.
Working closely with international teams, the role will contribute to client acquisition, strategic positioning, and the successful delivery of events, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
Your Mission
Act as the local face and representative of our venture in Saudi Arabia
Drive business development and market entry activities across Saudi Arabia
Leverage your network to unlock opportunities across corporate and institutional sectors
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate and institutional stakeholders
Drive business development and client acquisition
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Oversee and support the execution of events from concept to delivery
Serve as the interface between clients, partners, and international teams

Represent the company as a trusted and credible market ambassador
