Job Description - Develop and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Build custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and HR-specific forms.
- Develop and maintain Fiori/UI5 apps tailored for HR services.
- Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors and external HR systems.
- Conduct technical analysis and create technical specifications based on HR requirements.
- Implement HR mini master, ALE/IDoc integration, and SAP Workflow developments.
- Ensure all developments comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications.
