- Prepare and distribute tender-related correspondence, including invitations, clarifications, and amendments.
- Track and monitor deadlines for tender submissions and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system for easy retrieval of documents and ensure proper version control.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender bids.
- Manage and organize tender documents, ensuring all submissions are complete and compliant with client requirements.
