We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to support senior executive in our company. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the highest level of confidentiality. The key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records, efficiently.
  • Liaise with department managers, customers, and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager's office.
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and requests with professionalism and timely response.
  • Support administrative activities for executive office as required.
