Analyze financial statements and project cost reports to assess financial performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Support project costing, budget control, and variance analysis for ongoing construction /
manufacturing projects.
Assist in the development of financial models to support investment decisions and tender
evaluations.
Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to monitor budgets, cash flows, and billing cycles.
Conduct financial due diligence and feasibility analysis for new developments or expansions.
Evaluate subcontractor/supplier financial proposals and support tendering processes.
Monitor compliance with local financial regulations and company policies (e.g., VAT, TAX & Corporate TAX).
Provide support during audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Collaborate with business Heads to gather data and understand operational drivers.
Prepare executive-level presentations with clear financial narratives and recommendations.
Assist in the development of KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
