· Support departmental strategy, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Develop and maintain Business Architecture artifacts (capabilities, products, services, processes).

· Create business architecture models and high-level designs showing interactions between systems and workflows.

· Review BRDs, use cases, and process flows to assess impact on business architecture.

· Work with Business and IT teams to identify gaps, finalize target-state architecture, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

· Ensure architecture principles, standards, and guidelines are followed across the bank.

· Participate in architecture committees and review RFPs/RFIs for alignment with business architecture.

· Maintain accurate architecture documentation in the EA repository.

· Provide support to domain architects and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle.

· Prepare required architecture reports and represent the function in meetings.

· Understand and document AS-IS and TO-BE banking products and processes.
