Are you an inspiring leader with a proven track record in sales, coaching, and relationship management? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Membership Development to play a pivotal role in driving growth and sustaining high-performing member-based communities across global markets.
In this hybrid role, you will work both strategically and hands-on—guiding new group leaders in launching successful membership communities and supporting existing leaders in strengthening and growing their established groups. You’ll act as a coach, sales strategist, and trusted partner in achieving ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for New Group Launches
- Coach and guide leaders through launching new membership groups, ensuring strong member acquisition within the first five months.
- Lead and support formation events to engage and convert high-potential prospects.
- Deliver weekly coaching sessions focused on outreach strategies, conversion techniques, and group-building frameworks.
Ongoing Membership Development
- Collaborate with existing group leaders to identify, source, and convert qualified ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) into engaged members.
- Manage pipelines using CRM tools to track progress, forecast results, and drive performance.
- Support leaders in developing tailored sales strategies and addressing unique group dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Align closely with senior leadership to ensure efforts reflect broader strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and deliver regular performance updates and insights.
- Work with marketing and other departments to synchronize lead generation and outreach efforts.
