We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Electrician to join our maintenance and fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in electrical systems, villa and commercial maintenance experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a valid UAE driving licence. The role includes handling installations, repairs, inspections, and guiding junior electricians when required.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance in villas, commercial properties, and renovation sites

Install, test, and commission electrical systems, wiring, DB boards, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, switches, and power outlets

Diagnose electrical faults related to circuits, load distribution, earthing, lighting systems, and control panels

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical installations

Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

Identify material requirements and prepare job completion reports

Ensure compliance with UAE electrical safety standards and DEWA regulations

Guide and supervise junior electricians during site tasks

Maintain tools, testing equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition

Provide professional and courteous service to clients during site visits

Safely drive to job locations for maintenance and repair works

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrician, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase systems, DB dressing, cable sizing, load balancing, and troubleshooting

Proven villa maintenance and fit-out experience (mandatory)

Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and layouts

Skilled in electrical repairs, rewiring, lighting systems, and control circuits

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Physically fit and able to perform manual work

Willingness to work flexible hours, emergency call-outs, and weekends if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
