We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Electrician to join our maintenance and fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in electrical systems, villa and commercial maintenance experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a valid UAE driving licence. The role includes handling installations, repairs, inspections, and guiding junior electricians when required.Responsibilities:Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance in villas, commercial properties, and renovation sitesInstall, test, and commission electrical systems, wiring, DB boards, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, switches, and power outletsDiagnose electrical faults related to circuits, load distribution, earthing, lighting systems, and control panelsConduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical installationsRead, interpret, and execute work based on electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manualsIdentify material requirements and prepare job completion reportsEnsure compliance with UAE electrical safety standards and DEWA regulationsGuide and supervise junior electricians during site tasksMaintain tools, testing equipment, and company vehicle in proper working conditionProvide professional and courteous service to clients during site visitsSafely drive to job locations for maintenance and repair worksRequirements:Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrician, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase systems, DB dressing, cable sizing, load balancing, and troubleshootingProven villa maintenance and fit-out experience (mandatory)Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and layoutsSkilled in electrical repairs, rewiring, lighting systems, and control circuitsValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPhysically fit and able to perform manual workWillingness to work flexible hours, emergency call-outs, and weekends if requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have villa maintenance experience?
