We are seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder & General Manager in a fast-paced, high-level business environment spanning legal, strategic, and commercial activities. This is not a traditional administrative role. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate as a trusted right hand—supporting executive decision-making, managing complex priorities, and facilitating high-level engagements with international partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, prioritizing strategic engagements
• Act as a gatekeeper, handling communications and filtering priorities
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefs, and summaries
• Review and organize contracts, agreements, and key documents
• Track negotiations, action items, and deal progress
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and international partners
• Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters
