The role is of HR Business Partner for a unit comprising around 350 employees
Handle time and attendance system including leaves
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
Handle recruitment , on-boarding of employees and induction
Handle employee appraisals
Take care of administrative issues like labor and staff accommodation
Coordinate with PRO for timely renewal of all documents including new visas processing
Take care of monthly contract settlement, joining tickets and other employee benefits
Handle separation process including processing final settlement
Handle medical insurance coordination and WC claims
