SETS International is seeking a qualified Senior Highway/Transport Engineer within the Transport & Infrastructure department.

• Years of Experience: 10-18
• Manage highway design and transport planning projects of different sizes and levels of complexity;
• Liaise and interface with Clients and concerned authorities as needed to ensure proper project execution and necessary approvals;
• Oversee the work of junior level staff by making and reviewing work assignments, establishing priorities and coordinating activities within a multidisciplinary design team;

• Hiigh competency in highway design;
• Good knowledge in traffic engineering and management is a plus;
• Detailed knowledge of design codes relevant to highway engineering (including AASHTO and Saudi codes);
• Knowledge of the use of computer design tools (including AutoCAD, Land Desktop, Civil 3D);
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills

• Computer: MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ), AutoCAD, Land Desktop, and Civil 3D;
• Degree: Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Master is a plus;
• Languages: English, Arabic, French (an advantage).
