Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (VPN setup, security policies, access control).

Administer and maintain servers (Windows & Linux environments).

Oversee network infrastructure, including Aruba switches, routing, and connectivity.

Provide database support (Microsoft SQL Server – backup, performance tuning, troubleshooting).

Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies.

Handle advanced troubleshooting for network, system, and application-related issues.

Support and maintain CRM applications and other business systems.

Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.

Guide and mentor junior IT engineers.

Ensure high system uptime, performance, and reliability.
