We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Engineer/Solution Architect with strong expertise in VMware & Nutanix Virtualization. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade virtualization and cloud infrastructure platforms in large, mission-critical datacenter environments. This position requires on-site presence in Kuwait.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in enterprise virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions

• Proven expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) design and implementation

• Strong hands-on experience with Dell VxRail deployment, integration, and lifecycle management

• Proven experience with VMware Aria Automation (formerly vRealize Automation)

• Hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu container platforms

• Experience with Nutanix HCI platforms (design, deployment, and operations)

• Solid understanding of SDDC technologies, including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX

• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale, mission-critical datacenter environments
