The seconded staff should be able to provide services required for urban planning design, town planning, TOD's, industrial planning, smart cities planning and design, subdivision planning, land use planning, master planning, feasibility studies,

Prioritising the master plan, implementation strategies with knowledge of planning and regulations related to sustainable planning principles.

The works shall be under the supervision of the client’s representative and as per his directions.

• Experience in large scale urban design, town planning, TOD's, Industrial planning, Smart city and subdivision planning with knowledge of planning laws and regulations and sustainable planning principles.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Computer skills in project management tools are mandatory.
