Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure content vision, layout hierarchy, and user experience are implemented effectively
Apply basic SEO principles, such as proper use of headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and keyword usage.
Ensure content layout is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually aligned with web design standards.
Maintain and update website sections to ensure information is current and relevant.
Draft, edit, and proofread content for website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Establish the creation of copy for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, landing pages, and newsletters.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with visual and campaign objectives.
Ensure grammatical accuracy, formal consistency, and tone alignment with guidelines.
Recommend content edits or updates based on audience engagement and feedback trends
Collaborate with faculties and departments to review and enhance their web content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with university branding.
Participate in editorial review sessions and contribute ideas for new digital content formats or themes.
Stay updated on trends in digital content, web usability, and SEO best practices.
Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication and Mass Media Journalism, English.
Experience
3 -4 years of experience in a content
creation, editorial, or digital media role.
Technical Skills /
Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines under supervision.
