We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead and oversee centralized shared services operations in Riyadh. The role includes managing HR, Finance, Procurement, IT support, and administrative services, ensuring process standardization, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

• Lead and manage the Shared Services Center (SSC) operations.

• Develop and implement standardized processes, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee HR operations, finance processing, procurement support, payroll, and administrative services.

• Coordinate onboarding and assist new hires with documentation, induction, and orientation.

• Assist facility management with employee accommodation and transportation.

• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Manage and develop a multinational team, providing leadership and coaching.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
