Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate the forklift.

• Safely unloading and loading pallets of raw materials and finished goods

• Follow all the Ingenia warehouse rules of operation and pallet arrangement and stacking

• To minimize any delay in production shipments related due to the information passing late or inaccurate

• A safe working environment appropriate to the tasks being undertaken

Key Accountabilities

• Safely unloading pallets of RMs and FGs.

• Follow the warehouse rules.

Communication and Working Relationship

• Regular interaction with employees. Development of relationships to understand the pulse of the organization

• Foster’s can-do attitude among all teams

• Work with various transport companies to ensure service levels are being met and maintained

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• High School

Minimum Experience

• 1-3 years experience in a similar post

• Forklift Driver’s license

  Job–Specific Skills

• Forklift driving

• Good verbal and written communications skills

• Good communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers

• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

• English Language, Arabic, and Hindi are helpful.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Ability to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
