Conduct professional shooting lessons and training sessions for individuals and groups.
Ensure the highest level of safety and adherence to all firearms handling and operational protocols.
Assist guests in selecting appropriate firearms and ammunition based on their skill levels and preferences.
Provide clear and engaging instruction on shooting techniques, firearm handling, maintenance, and range etiquette.
Monitor and enforce range rules, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Conduct safety briefings and assess the skill levels of participants before training.
Maintain and inspect firearms, ammunition, and shooting equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Assist in organizing shooting events, competitions, and corporate activities.
Stay updated on the latest safety regulations, training techniques, and firearm advancements.
Work closely with the Shooting Range Manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
