Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day posting across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop and implement content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels)
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Track performance analytics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and agency partners
Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and events
Support ad campaigns by providing creative assets and monitoring performance
Stay up to date with the latest algorithms, formats, and platform tools
Qualifications & Competencies
Deep understanding of digital culture, memes, and viral trends
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Creative eye for design, layout, and brand identity
Comfortable being on-camera or directing creators, if needed
Follower growth and engagement rate per platform
Post reach and video views
Conversion from social leads to test drives/sales
Consistency in publishing calendar
