- Stay updated with platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze trends, audience behavior, and insights to create highly engaging content.
- Optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posting.
Creative Direction & Content Development
- Work closely with the graphic design team to conceptualize and direct visually appealing creatives.
- Provide clear briefs to designers for social media posts, carousels, and video elements.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Oversee short-form video content, including scripting, editing guidance, and storytelling techniques.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics to improve content performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for content variations and optimize based on insights.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven results and social media trends.
Collaboration & Trendspotting
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with campaigns.
- Stay ahead of viral trends, challenges, and new platform features to integrate into strategy.
- Engage with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify content reach.
