Key Responsibilities:Real Estate Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify and attract high-quality leads interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).Conduct targeted outreach to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and end-users looking for off-plan and ready properties.Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and property investors to expand lead sources.Lead Qualification & ConversionQualify leads based on budget, preferences, and investment potential before passing them to the sales team.Educate potential clients about real estate investment opportunities and market trends.Maintain a high conversion rate by implementing follow-up sequences, appointment scheduling, and relationship-building tactics.Ensure timely and personalized communication with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.CRM & Data ManagementManage and track leads in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.Segment leads based on buying intent, investment goals, and location preferences.Market Research & Trend AnalysisStay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, new project launches, and policy changes affecting property investments.Conduct competitor analysis to refine lead generation strategies and gain an edge in the market.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Suggest improvements for marketing campaigns based on lead data and customer feedback.
