Execute installation and testing activities within live substation environments.

Ensure all site activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and baseline schedule.

Implement and enforce HSE requirements as per client and company procedures.

Monitor and control site progress to ensure timely project delivery.

Review and optimize manpower deployment to avoid idling and control project costs within budget.

Coordinate erection, testing, and commissioning activities at site.

Prepare manpower forecasts, execution plans, and schedule updates.

Implement monitoring and reporting systems for site progress.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports along with look-ahead programs.

Maintain documentation of scope changes, drawings updates, and site records.
