Install, terminate, and commission CCTV cameras, network devices, and associated field equipment.
Configure cameras, encoders, switches, and related systems as per approved drawings and procedures.
Perform system testing and verification after installation or configuration changes.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the approved maintenance schedule.
Monitor system performance and identify faults or degradation in equipment or network connectivity.
Respond to breakdowns, alarms, and service requests within defined response times.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to cameras, cabling, power supply, network connectivity, and system performance.
Coordinate with network engineers and supervisors to resolve complex technical issues.
Replace or repair faulty components in compliance with technical standards.
Perform site inspections and routine patrol checks of installed systems.
Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved method statements.
Maintain housekeeping and proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Record daily work activities, maintenance logs, and fault reports accurately.
Update system status reports and submit service documentation to the supervisor.
Support audits, inspections, and handover documentation as required.
Comply with company HSE policies and site safety requirements at all times.
Use appropriate PPE and follow safety procedures during field operations.
Ensure work activities comply with applicable regulations and quality standards.
