Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates.
Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Conduct candidate assessments (skills, cultural fit, motivation, and availability).
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and salary negotiations. Maintain accurate records in the ATS system and prepare regular recruitment reports.
Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
