We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager with strong expertise in the mechanical design, manufacturing, servicing, and estimation of Heat Exchangers. This role is crucial for leading operations in the Oil, Gas, Power, and Petrochemical sectors, particularly within the Abu Dhabi market. A thorough understanding of ADNOC’s on-site and offshore procedures, as well as hands-on experience in shutdown and turnaround projects, is essential.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10–15 professionals, engaging in detailed technical discussions with end users and plant superintendents, and maintaining close collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough and sound understanding of Heat Exchanger Sales and Servicing Requirements
• Mechanical and Thermal Design background preferred.
• Experience working in a R Stamp certified business
• Very strong technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers.
• Good knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Energy Industry in particular within ADNOC.
• Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger Servicing is essential.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Fluent in English written and spoken, Arabic is an advantage.
