1. Overall Management:
- Lead the Egypt Overseas Technical Office operations, including all technical and drafting teams.
- Responsible for the technical and drafting team's performance, ensuring the quality of output, and meeting project requirements.
2. Project Interface:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UAE project teams, coordinating technical instructions and deliverables.
- Monitor project-specific schedules and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate drawing production.
3. Technical Oversight:
- Supervise complex technical issues across Structural & Bridge and Utilities & Roads teams.
- Approve major drawing outputs, ensure compliance with UAE and international standards.
4. Team Leadership:
- Establish team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Mentor and develop mid- and junior-level engineers to enhance technical capability.
5. Quality and Process Control:
- Implement office-wide drafting standards, workflows, and review procedures. Ensure all drawings and technical documents meet required quality and accuracy standards.
