Monitor students learning progress, analyze learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.
Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
At least 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or any related field.
Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.
