Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Representatives to promote our company s products and services. Candidates with telesales or call center experience are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome. This role focuses on outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to generate interest and sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.
Sales and Lead Conversion:
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the company s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in telesales or call center roles is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-driven with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
