We are looking for a highly driven Travel Agency Manager/Branch Manager to oversee sales performance, operational excellence, and management of our Saudi offices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven sales results, and hands-on experience managing travel operations within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the travel agency

• Lead and manage sales and operations across Saudi Arabia offices

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

• Manage corporate and leisure travel bookings (air, hotel, tours, visas)

• Promote and sell the airline’s services and products to travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential customers.

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, agents, or clients.

• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product briefings to agencies and corporate accounts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and management updates

• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and suppliers

• Lead, train, and supervise staff

• Ensure compliance with Saudi tourism and travel regulations

• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and performance reports

• Handle key clients and resolve customer issues professionally

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• Prepare regular reports for upper management
