The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven sales results, and hands-on experience managing travel operations within the Saudi market.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the travel agencyLead and manage sales and operations across Saudi Arabia officesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategiesManage corporate and leisure travel bookings (air, hotel, tours, visas)Promote and sell the airline’s services and products to travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential customers.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, agents, or clients.Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product briefings to agencies and corporate accounts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and management updatesBuild and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and suppliersLead, train, and supervise staffEnsure compliance with Saudi tourism and travel regulationsMonitor budgets, sales targets, and performance reportsHandle key clients and resolve customer issues professionallyMaintain budgets and optimize expensesPrepare regular reports for upper management
