•    Carry out  effective vendor management through periodical meeting with vendors , creating SLA and process audit for  all vendors as per  industry norms in order to reduce the cost of vehicle acquisition.
•    Strong negotiation skills for improving terms of business with all vendors related to vehicle procurement , accessory and other modification as required by business
•    Support in process automation in coordination with IT and business excellence team to minimize manual entry and offline data management 
•    Create project mapping for Spare keys management in line with Industry standard
•    Create SOPs for Salik account and improve salik installation for reducing risk of fines and penalty and can build  strong tracking process
•    Create active price matrix for Non group vehicle models to support B2B sales team 
•    Develop Market intelligence to check price parity of group vehicles vis a vis retail and other Fleet/ leasing companies.
•    Develop MIS for sharing feedback and updates to Operation Heads.
