• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors
• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and staff as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kitchen and café area.
• Assist in basic food preparation such as sandwiches, snacks, and salads, when required.
• Refill and maintain pantry stock (milk, coffee, sugar, etc.) and ensure everything is in order throughout the day.
• Support in setting up refreshments for meetings and events.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with the Admin or HR department for pantry supply inventory and reorders.
• Handle equipment and appliances with care, ensuring they are well-maintained and cleaned regularly.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards staff and visitors at all times.
