• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and staff as required.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kitchen and café area.• Assist in basic food preparation such as sandwiches, snacks, and salads, when required.• Refill and maintain pantry stock (milk, coffee, sugar, etc.) and ensure everything is in order throughout the day.• Support in setting up refreshments for meetings and events.• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols at all times.• Coordinate with the Admin or HR department for pantry supply inventory and reorders.• Handle equipment and appliances with care, ensuring they are well-maintained and cleaned regularly.• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards staff and visitors at all times.
