Our candidates need to understand the entire process of video production, meaning they should have the ability to independently complete a video. This includes understanding the pre-production content, managing filming on set, and post-production editing. Additionally, they should be proficient in at least one aspect of on-site filming or post-production editing. Basic knowledge of filming equipment is required, including different models of cameras, stabilizers, etc. They should have a basic understanding of lighting and sound. Experience in short video production is preferred, but not limited to a specific area. If lacking experience in short videos, experience in e-commerce video production is preferable. Possess the ability to learn quickly and use it to tackle various challenges in TikTok short video production. Good understanding and communication skills are essential. A certain level of aesthetic ability to meet various content demands.
