Project Management:Lead the planning and execution of 380/132 kV substation projects.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.Technical Design & Review:Review and approve substation design documents, including single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and protection schemes.Coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).Site Supervision & Commissioning:Oversee onsite construction, installation, and testing of substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, etc.).Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are operational and safe.Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.Quality & Safety Compliance:Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry standards.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare project reports, including progress, challenges, and financial status.Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built drawings.
