Key Responsibilities include: Client Consultation: Engage confidently with clients in Arabic, understanding their lifestyle needs and design aspirations while maintaining long-term professional relationships. Space Planning: Analyze spatial requirements and circulation patterns to develop functional and well-balanced layouts. Concept & Design Development: Craft creative design narratives supported by conceptual sketches, mood boards, and visual presentations that reflect cultural identity and project objectives. Material & Finish Selection: Curate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that enhance the design intent while ensuring harmony, sustainability, and cultural relevance. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and timely execution. Regulatory Coordination: Ensure all design and documentation adhere to UAE building codes, safety standards, and local authority regulations. Execution & Site Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, conducting regular site visits to maintain design integrity throughout project execution.
