Operate and monitor all ASSD systems including CCTV, access control panels, intrusion detection systems, and alarm management tools.Maintain constant surveillance of all designated areas and promptly respond to security alerts or incidents.Log and report all suspicious activities, equipment malfunctions, and security breaches in accordance with SOPs.Coordinate effectively with on-ground security personnel and emergency services when necessary.Perform routine checks to ensure all control room systems are functioning correctly and report any faults immediately.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, shift reports, and system checks.Respond to calls, intercoms, and other communication devices and dispatch field personnel accordingly.Follow escalation protocols for any incidents requiring higher authority or emergency intervention.Comply strictly with PSBD regulations, site-specific policies, and operational guidelines.Participate in regular drills, briefings, and refresher training sessions.
