About the role We’re hiring Business Development & Partnerships reps (female candidates strongly encouraged) to grow our law firm’s B2B client base in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is about relationship-building, partnerships, and booking consultations — not providing legal advice. Responsibilities Outreach to companies and decision-makers (email/LinkedIn/calls) using approved templates Build partnership channels (HR firms, accountants, PROs, business communities, chambers, etc.) Attend networking events and generate qualified leads Run initial qualification and schedule lawyer consultations Maintain accurate pipeline updates and evidence in the CRM Requirements Excellent English communication (spoken + written); Arabic is a plus Proven experience in sales/BD/client-facing roles (real estate, insurance, banking, hospitality, recruitment, etc.) Highly organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline Comfortable with field work and building a network in Dubai/Abu Dhabi Strict adherence to compliance: no legal advice, no outcome guarantees
