Job PurposeTo lead, manage, and supervise all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities at site in accordance with ADNOC specifications, Technip standards, project schedule, HSE requirements, and approved drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction ManagementPlan, coordinate, and manage all E&I construction works across multiple work fronts.Ensure execution as per IFC drawings, method statements, project specifications, and ADNOC codes.Lead daily/weekly site coordination meetings with contractor, subcontractors, and other disciplines.Monitor progress, productivity, manpower allocation, equipment availability, and work sequence.Technical ResponsibilitiesReview and approve E&I installation procedures, method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings.Oversee installation of:LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS, MCCCable trays, cabling, grounding & lightning protectionControl systems, DCS, SIS, ESD, F&GField instruments, transmitters, analyzers, junction boxesInstrument air lines, marshalling cabinets, panelsEnsure compliance with ADNOC Engineering Standards (ADES), TI standards, IEC, NEC.Coordinate FAT, SAT, loop checking, pre-commissioning & commissioning support.Quality AssuranceEnsure all E&I works meet project quality requirements.Manage NCRs, surveillance findings, and quality inspections.Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and documentation.HSE ComplianceEnsure strict implementation of ADNOC HSE rules and site safety requirements.Conduct toolbox talks, hazard identifications, and safety walk-downs.Interface & CoordinationLiaise with Civil, Mechanical, and Piping teams for work interfaces.Coordinate with vendor representatives during installation and commissioning.Support project controls in updating progress reports and construction schedules.
