Lead and manage all MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP works.Review MEP designs and shop drawings for technical accuracy and compliance with specifications.Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal MEP teams to ensure project milestones are met.Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of MEP installations.Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and international standards.Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams.Report project status and progress to senior management and clients.
