The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. He or she should be excellent in presentations, sales pitching, and business development, with the ability to drive partnerships and revenue growth. A proactive, result-oriented mindset is essential. Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless execution of digital gold transactions, from purchase to redemption, and managing customer service efficiently.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including gold suppliers, payment gateways, and technology providers, to optimize product offerings.Lead business development initiatives, including partnerships, collaborations, and promotional campaigns, to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategic decision-making.Manage and optimize the digital gold and gold gifting product portfolio, ensuring its competitiveness and relevance in the market.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, customer acquisition cost, and customer satisfaction, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to digital gold and financial transactions.Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations and business development functions.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive business objectives.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary journal entries.Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded timely and accurately.Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and analyzing financial data.Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations to ensure all discrepancies are promptly addressed.Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
