• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for aviation and technical staff. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and visa documentation. • Coordinate training, license renewals, and medicals for flight crew and ground staff. • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance. • Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and aviation authority requirements. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and forecasting for aviation operations. • Reconcile vendor and client accounts related to aviation services and parts. • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and aviation authority standards. • Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. • Collaborate with operational teams to track aircraft-related expenses and fuel costs.
