Controlling and monitoring of complete site civil activities e.g. Excavation & Backfilling, Substationbuilding construction, UG Services like Cable pull pits, cable troughs, duct bank, drainage networksand road works inside LIVE substation under CICPA area.2. Review of approved design drawings for complete understanding on the details and coordination withdesign team/design consultant as required.3. Coordination with Client on daily basis and executing works in line with the specifications, quality,safety procedures and to the satisfaction of Client.4. Carryout inspections with Consultant/Client for complete Civil Works for the Buildings, OutdoorStructures and Co-ordination with Government Authorities.5. Preparation of Method statements, material submittal, Schedule of Quantities of materials, labor andservices required in the construction and equipment’s of the building.6. Preparation of risk assessment as needed.7. Follow up for materials procurement, required for site activities.8. Controlling & managing Subcontractors, suppliers etc.9. Review/Preparation of Micro level program of construction activities and day to day project progressmonitoring.10. Review of Manpower, Material, Machinery panning.11. Weekly, Monthly progress review with contractors, client/consultant.12. They perform cost analyses, determine the duration of a project, procurevendors and subcontractors, and ensure that resources are managed and deadlines are met.Responsibilities:1. BOQ preparation, determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.2. Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.3. Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.4. Managing and prepare the pre-qualification and pre-bid technical submissions.5. Preparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.6. Ensuring that relevant documents and budgets, supplier and sub-contractor prices are submitted to management for review before a bid deadline.7.
